Guarantee: K9Spa come with a 5 year guarantee*, but most of our dog wash spas last a lifetime! We expect scratches and scuffs and even a few chips on the bottom, but leaks are never a worry and most scratches can be polished or buffed out easily! Accessories are guaranteed for 1 year with normal use.

 

Insurance: Insurance is required on all shipments, but the customer must open and inspect each unit before they sign off on trucking paperwork. Once paperwork is signed off and no damage is noted, all insurance ends and customer assumes full liability for the product.

 

Outside The US: If you are shipping out of the US please call for additional shipping and insurance quotes. We do ship to Canada and Europe.

 

U Ship:  Your welcome to pick up or ship your own products. We will deliver to a packing company for $75 located in Tumwater, WA 98512. If you would like us to box your K9Spa - the cost is $125. For your reference the weight for one unit is 65lbs and the dimensions are 32"x62"x22".

 

Refunds: We do custom make even our standard colors, so a cancellation after the product is made a return will incur a 50% re-stocking fee. All returned K9Spa Tubs will need to be in original unused condition. We have been in business for 25 years and we stand behind our work and any manufacture defects (not cosmetic as each K9spa is individually made) will have 100% return.
