Construction Site Delivery Charge

K9Spa's are transported via common carrier semi-truck for continental US delivery. Normal transit times are 5-7 business days. For Rush Delivery we can usually shorten this time to 2-3 days. Customers are notified of their estimated delivery day but the actual delivery will be during business hours. If you need a call ahead to meet the delivery, there is an additional charge. If you are in a residential area (even home businesses) an additional charge is applied.

All products need to be removed from the shipping carton and inspected before trucking paperwork is signed off. If there is any damage it should be noted on the paperwork (where you sign) and pointed out to the trucker. Sever damage or if you need immediate replacement, please refuse shipment and note this on the paperwork. Always keep a copy for your records.
